Airport Transfers
How do I find my driver at the airport?
Logan Airport - Drivers must remain with the vehicle at all times
at Logan so they can not meet you in baggage claim. Follow
the Logan Arrival Instructions to locate your vehicle.
TF Green Airport - Driver will meet you at the bottom of the escalator
on the baggage claim level.
Hyannis Airport - Driver will meet inside terminal
Do I need to call if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight so it is not necessary to let us know about
delays. If your flight has been cancelled and you are taking a different
flight call the office ASAP.
How far ahead of my flight departure time
do I need to be picked up at home?
3 hours for domestic flights
4 hours for international.
This is based on departures in the Mid-Cape area. Additional time
may be needed from other locations. Also time may vary depending
on number of pick up locations or during high traffic times.
What is the standard gratuity?
As any other segment of the service industry, a standard gratuity
is 15 - 20%. Remember this is a gratuity - it should be something
you decide to give because you experienced excellent service.
Weddings
Will my driver be dressed in
a tuxedo?
No, all of our drivers are dressed in dark suits for weddings. Requests
for tuxedoed drivers can be accommodated with advance notice.
What is the proper wedding etiquette for
getting the wedding party to the ceremony?
There is no longer any steadfast rule for wedding transportation.
Brides will either travel with their attendants or with her parents,
or perhaps with both. Generally transportation is arranged for the
bridal attendants and often times for the groomsmen. Remember that
the groomsmen need to arrive at the ceremony site at least 45 minutes
prior to start in order to greet the guests. If there is not much
travel time between locations, one vehicle could be used to transfer
the groomsmen, return for the bridal party, and then transfer the
entire wedding party after the ceremony to the reception.
Can we bring drinks on the trolley?
Yes. Your wedding package includes two complimentary bottles of
champagne (one bottle for limousine weddings). The trolley will
have a cooler with waters and the champagne. We will also supply
the champagne glasses. You are welcome to bring any additional beverages
as long a they are NOT in glass containers.
What is required to reserve a vehicle for
my wedding?
A signed contract and a 50% deposit.
Do the trolleys have windows?
Yes, all of the trolleys have slide down windows.
Are the trolleys air-conditioned?
The trolleys are NOT air-conditioned.
